Finding Happiness, Embracing Failure and The Miracle of Life | Weekbook #31

How to find true happiness, why you should embrace failure and the miracle of life.

Finding Happiness

Learn to enjoy the little things. That's where I think true happiness comes from - the birds chirping in the morning. A steaming, hot cup of coffee. The wind rustling through the trees.

Don't attach it to the big, infrequent milestones in life. If you attach your happiness to them, it's only going to come in fleeting moments.

But the little things are there every day. Hold them tightly. That's where happiness comes from.

Embracing Failure

There will be days where you fail and days when you want to give up, but these are the days when it matters the most. These are the days you have to double down and keep going.

This journey through life that you’re on is a constant battle between being comfortable and wanting more.

So embrace the failures, relish the wins and keep going.

You Are a Miracle

One in 400 trillion. That is the probability of you being born.

So you need to realise that whilst you may have both good and bad days, every day is a great day to be alive.

Life is what you make it, so make the most of it while you can.
